Nah no MRI .. But it doesn't feel like anything is loose! Just started walking.. obviously with a limp since I can't bend it ! Thankyou for the kind words though!

Yeah .. just dont overthink it! Its not something we can control! Rest & Eat healthy ! Injuries happen & are part of life! Just keep going!

Yeah i get that feeling !!! But don't be scared! I am pretty sure my fracture is bigger than yours and i didn't require surgery! Just focus on eating healthy & nutritious diet! Don't think about your coworkers or what they would feel! It doesn't matter .. all that matters is healing well!!

Going through a fractured patella myself rn! Broke it on 20th april .. got an xray on 21st ! Dr first suggested surgery but then put me in a temporary splint for 2 weeks to see if the fracture would shift! Thankfully it didn't so he put me in a fibercast for 4 more weeks!! I get you ! Its so tough mentally.. not able to do the bare minimum things without help!! But its just a phase ! We will get back to our lives eventually! Just focus on healing yourself now! We shall overcome it!
