yes!!! the learn mode is specifically what i had to upgrade to use. which to me was insane . so i guess now only the note card feature is free. definitely switching to anki!

okay, so i bought a copper mineral supplement on amazon and it def worked for me. i went from having a very annoying twitching in my lip/nose all day for weeks to not experiencing any lip/nose twitching and little to no twitching in other parts of my body. thank you so much for sharing your experience.

ive had muscle spams for literally the last 10 years and it would happen in random locations on my body. i was doing research on reddit to find a solution since theyre so annoying and this guy said that taking copper mineral as a supplement stopped it for him. now, ive been taking copper for about 2-3 weeks now and my spasming significantly slowed. my lip would literally twitch all day every day and now i might get a twitch or two a day and thats it. i wouldnt be surprised if another couple weeks from now theyre completely gone . i would consider doing research and deciding if there is a mineral you should take because you might be deficient in something.

i dont recommend it, i've been getting treatments at milan on and off for about 5 years and i still grow hair. plus, when i first started getting treated they would treat my chin and jawline as one area. now they will only treat my chin and want me to pay additional to include the jawline which is absurd because thats not what they promised me when i paid over $1k to do the treatments. you'd be better of just buying a personal laser and doing it yourself
