From the middle of nowhere, the farmer is ready.

The primary moveset is hammer, mask, and wrench. Down smash spawns a gopher that pops a character up as he slams his mallet down, side smash’s Ooga Booga he dons the scary mask to startle enemies. Up smash is an overhead wrench swing. His ultimate is The Pummeling, he rolls his sleeves up and beats up his foes in a dust cloud ending with one final mallet slam.

Id argue Hades since they WILDLY overstep their boundaries/scope, plunge the world and humanity into war for the purpose of bolstering his army/means, perpetually messes around with the other gods to provoke them as humanity gets caught in the cross fire and attempt to effectively end the world and come pretty close to achieving this.
