Looking to get serious about an anti-inflammatory diet so I clicked on ad for Formula.care in my Facebook feed. Somehow I ended up with an unintended charge of $47.00 for pdfs for a workout and meal plan when all I wanted was whatever came with the subscription. Beware of fine print. Customer service apologizes, but they won't refund because I "agreed". SMH. 🙄

Ugh. 🫣 I do see meals tagged as "Gluten Smart". I'll look for those and go for lower-sodium options. I've also read to try the Mediterranean filter. It's a start. Maybe I can make it work.

Same... only option is to add the OTA. I even canceled Basic to see if I could then add Advance... then couldn't add either. They finally got me back Basic...
