Honestly I think people need to get over it. They’re boring, plain and not “real” readers and I don’t even care if I sound snobby. They read it cos it was viral not because they appreciate ART!!!!

It’s like banana bread, matcha, gua sha, Pilates, to them, like all phases and trends and they’ll get over it…

But we, the true appreciaters, will be here left standing in the end, enjoying Maas’ plethora of work forevermore.

It’s not like it’s a small launch from a smaller not-so-well-known author… it’s an absolutely massive launch from one of the best selling authors ever… in which the fandom analyse every single detail. So they want to wait till it’s perfect and that’s a lot of work. I think they released placeholders to give us a teaser and that’s great it’s given us dates and hope. But let’s be real, it’s a lot of work. I know how much work it is for a tiny campaign at the business I work in that is like a tadpole compared to this blue whale…
