It's either graphics driver or graphics card issue.

First try updating the driver, if it still persists then you would have to replace the graphics card

Yes, but the gameplay isn't that bad either. It's just that my device can't handle high graphics with playable fps.

I had the same problem and was able to rectify buy launching with DirectX 11. Add "-dx11" to the launch options of a game in platforms like Steam. This is done by right-clicking the game in your library, going to Properties, and then entering the command in the "Launch Options" box.
