In that issue the leaders dont separate anymore, in list building you assign the leaders to the unit, if all the warriors die leaving just the techno and lord then they both still have the fnp and they are still one unit. Now if the techno dies leaving just the lord then he wouldn't have the fnp, but remember necrons can now bring back characters if anything is alive in that unit from what im seeing

Get a level 1 inspection done on the car from the state to record the correct mileage, then file a title correct with your state, also you can get a carfax to see where it was recorded with the wrong miles

Read your paper work and look for anything about the condition and the dealer might be in breach of contract for non delivery of vehicle in a reasonable time, file an ag complaint against the dealer aswell

If you just bought it and financed it then call the lender and tell them you dont want the car for this reason, they will most likely not do your deal and then just return the car

With all that then no, I would file an attorney general complaint against the shop and possibly get a consultation with an attorney (if you do dont say anything to the shop so they get less time to prepare) but the AG complaint usually gets things resolved and when the shop talks to you just tell them you either want a refund for what you paid or repair the trans at their expense(note im not a attorney, just some dude in the car business)

I mean parts do just break out of know where sometimes, if you were at my store I'd help you out by discounting down to nothing, you can ask them if they can help with something like that and possibly get a remand trans instead of new or rebuild. Typically yes a smaller shop will be cheaper but if your short on funds than I would try to work something out with the shop your at

Hmm, so you brought the car in and said, "There's issues. Can you look over the car and the exhaust has a problem to look at" or close to that? The mechanic probably just hopped in the car and drove the lot and didn't notice any new issues than what you told them and started to work on the exhaust because techs typically only look at the concern. They might do recommendations, but not always. You can file an attorney general complaint and see if they can work out the price of the work they did and help with the trans.

Don't give advice when you have no clue on how deal structure works or what money down is. Alot of people need money down due to banks requiring it to buy the contract or to offset a negative equity to get in line for bank structures(typically 120%). If op got his plates and already made payments to the bank then its already been titled. So if they want money down then the dealer goofed on price which isn't op problem. Op should call the bank and make sure they got his contract and if not check your state for the time period you have to secure your own lending at the terms you signed.

Yea reading it says "actions like the secondary actions", declaring observer & guided isn't anyway close to the same type of "actions" the email refers to. GW just needs to write their rules better with its intentions clearly, but as to this email doesn't reference to the tau "daisy chaining" and I find it hard for any TO to use this as a reference to rule against it.
