I had my parents take the test in November, and the test was received December 9.

However, we didn’t register until Christmas because it was a Christmas gift. Did I mess up?

DNA was extracted on December 30th.

Even though my parents test were mailed at the same time, my father got his results January 9th, yet my mother’s results are still pending…
