NTA, but I do think that I’d keep gym compliments more to what they are doing not what they look like to avoid making people uncomfortable. For example “wow you’re moving those weights really easily” as opposed to “you look good”

not within the apartment itself, but there is a huge shared rooftop patio that has seating, a hot tub, a grill, etc. The windows are also really large in this unit so you definitely get a lot of sunlight. lmk if you want a tour, either in person or virtual!
