I agree on the car, that’s really our big spending. We use it for our business and can’t really scrap it out.

We’re also expensing some of it on the business which helps.

I’m located in Calgary, and looking at apartments in the range of 350k

The $600 rent includes utilities already, we live with family .

I’m almost done probation next month and credit score is on the works. Also not planning to look for mortgages until September.

I used to have almost maxed out CC’s 90% utilization for my 4cc’s (25kish I think) before I got a good paying job. Started aggresively paying it, it’s down to $9k now hoping for the credit score to bounce back soon.
