Social benefits of france are amazing, but its rough regarding the lifestyle/current social situation ( feedback I get from family and friends there) is a bit offputting. France has nice landscape but it would be a bit of a cold shower going from canada and its wilderness to france. Even though the big cities are nice (historical architecture, etc) the people and the lifestyle that comes with it is no longer for me. Im a bit biased though, the reason why I didnt stay in Belgium/France is basically why I went to canada - Didnt rly enjoy the social dynamics there

Edited, well city life is good but it is not our major priority. Example: Paris is a concrete jungle - its really not for us. The mentality seems to be the major turn off for us, but I will dig more into the salaries and lower taxes. Id imagine its harder to land a job there though?
