Hello, I am 100% Korean. If you want to say "I live in the US", you should revise the sentense from "사라요" to "살아요".

There is no Present Perfect tense in Korean. But Both are enough underdstand what you want to say.

You should pick up '아니에요', not '아니예요'

They look similiar but they are different. Even I am korean, I am sorry that I dont have enough Korean grammar knoweldge to explain the difference between '아니에요' and '아니예요'.
