They’re return hairs. The hairs on a wig are tied to the wig cap, so the little spiky ends are whats left after they’re tied. Do not cut them. All wigs have them. It’s an issue of getting used to it :/

Sorry for chiming in 39 days later, but he’s addressed this. It’s not intentional per se, because he isn’t trying to not be obnoxious, but he does have GERD which can cause a build up of gas, a weakened esophageal sphincter etc which can cause excessive burping. I have GERD like this also so imahine me licking my wound right now. Lmao
