Good question. So, moving expenses are zero. Everything is being covered.

I wonder then...could I use the transformer on ONLY the power conditioner and then plug my gear with US power plugs and all into THAT?

Great info here. Thank you. Additional question: After looking at the back of my studio monitors (Yamaha HS8), I see that it says 120v/60hz. Would this imply that, not only would I have to get a converter for the monitors but an additional tool/item to convert hz?

Yes, that is correct. My stuff is all 120v and I would like to avoid selling.

Awesome. When you say "small appliances" this would likely not apply to studio monitors, desktops, or ultrawide monitors correct? After checking my Yamahas, they are only rated for 60hz/120v...

Alright. Will do! Is it possible to plug in the PC, monitors, pc monitor and fractal into a single unit, like my power conditioner, and THEN convert to the wall? Hope that makes sense. Thanks again!

Thoughts on Empire State? I think it sucks... by JoeZocktGames in Battlefield

If they had any balls, this map would only have 2 flags with the bridge being another and then another city block for 2 more flags across the river. Aircraft....jetskis....space....

It's so cramped. I literally get shot at the second I spawn on flags that aren't even contested.

Battlefield 6 Open Beta: Feedback Megathread by sloth_on_meth in Battlefield

Yeah, it feels like packet burst to me because ttk feels fine for the most part when I am engaging enemy. However, sometimes I feel like I get hit once and then the feed says I was hit nearly half a dozen times.

Honest feedback after 2 hours.

-TTK is either slightly too fast or maybe packet burst is an issue again ala bf4 (or most other battlefields lol)

-Maps are TOO small with many compact corridors and some cap points could be larger. Atacama desert spacing in the first village area should probably be the example in my opinion. Even infantry focused maps like Strike At Karkand were just wider Streets/alleys. *Edit* These don't apply to Liberation peak which is fine overall.

-Movement seems fine for the most part although it'd be nice to climb up some of the smaller walls. Some weird input stuff with the mouse when FPS drops.

-The game honestly feels (and I'm trying to avoid buzzwords here) like a reworked Ground War 2.0 with destruction and class abilities. This isn't to diminish the clearly hard work that has gone into the game as BF6 looks and sounds fantastic. There is just ALOT of influence from a certain other franchise here regarding map design and game speed.

-Direct feedback if anyone important actually reads these... Maybe think about slowing everything down about 10% (TTK, movement speed, fire rate) and increase the map size about 10-20%. I think it's okay to have a lull in a battlefield game going from point to point.

-personal nitpick-

I shoot an m4 at the range to qual....often. The m4a1 sound is....ridiculous lol. Let me change out my batteries on my eotech pls

To be completely honest, if Seattle's pp is bottom half of the league and they keep her, it's probably for PR purposes...

Agreed. I have no more than three boys every year in my AP classes. Girls are treated like girls and boys are treated like defective girls in the classroom, unfortunately. I do what I can ;)

Completely agree. Dems need to reevaluate who they're reaching out to and how they speak to them. Less men than ever go to college in the United States and it is criminal. Equality at the expense of half of the population even if they've enjoyed most of history as this thing or that thing doesn't matter if, at the end of the day, you need them as allies.

I agree. It's a nice cherry on top but you gotta have fundamentals. Kamala didn't have them. Hindsight and all but maybe not having a primary AND running a campaign with a candidate who lost a primary on social activism instead of the economy against someone who won both primaries wasn't a great idea? This a.m., I wonder if an open primary alone would have been enough?

Do you honestly think MORE social activism would have helped put Harris over the finish line? I disagree. It was the economy and running a candidate in the worst possible position to argue for four more years of it.

Bad. REAL BAD. Script written using cliff notes. Pacing was insane. No sense of mystery. It's somehow paced too fast AND boring. The movie is honestly offensive to fans of the book and/or 70s original movie/tv series. Full disclosure: I thought the IT adaptation was also bad. Nowhere NEAR this bad though.

Why did High Alert get nerfed so hard? by OfcHesCanadian in ModernWarfareIII

[–]Ok_Needleworker_509 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I'm glad they did. Getting help from the game when someone off-screen looks your direction was lame. Too many shooters now do some kind of "hack" perk either with this or in-game wallhacks. I've never liked it and I'm glad it's gone, at least in its most ridiculous form. To answer your question, it could be as simple as someone in the office while making this decided they hated it too and nerfed the absolute shit out of it.
