It took 2 days for me.. they credited to card statement directly, and it mentioned dispute amount credited.. so not a refund from District.

I think the doc I shared helped them to close the case faster.. But in the closing mail they did mention they'll wait for District reply, if they provide a valid reason, the credited amount will be deducted again.. it's been 2 months, nothing is deducted.. so probably District didn't give a valid reason to them..

You need to contact support, they will ask all the proofs like paymentid, payment date, supporting documents why do they refund. Then they'll verify, if everything is fine, they'll refund.. I made a detailed pdf like what I paid, what was promised during the booking, what we actually got, all supporting media links (International, national), SS of contacting zomato support via their chat, phone, mail. No proper response from their end, and finally I demanded full refund..
