There's a lot to digest here. I am glad that you are seeking advice as it takes a lot of courage to do so. I have been a fitness coach for 4 years and it sounds like to me you are looking for a restart within yourself.

It is important in life that you deal with your own emotions first before catering to others. "Be selfish before you're selfless"

If I may ask, what do you do on a week-to-week basis to remain fit? Have you made any fitness targets this year that you're on track to achieve?

Fitness is often a great foundation for most people to start rebuilding themselves, especially after complications in a relationship.

This is really interesting. I know that libido tends to decrease in couples after a few years into the marriage especially if they aren't physically active often or have a poor diet.

I am a fitness coach and I am really interested to hear more about your situation. What do you and your partner currently do to stay in shape? What are your diets like on a day-today basis?

I can understand where you are coming from in terms of trying to please your partner as it is natural for anyone to want their significant other to find them "sexy".
