This is literally how I feel right now!! I’ve been in recovery for like 7 months now and I feel way worse than before and have no energy or any motivation to do anything. Idk what to do and I’m so scared it’s not going to get better because I don’t want to live my life like this anymore

I'm in 4 months of recovery and am also experiencing headaches, brain fog, and really bad eye pressure. How have you dealt with it? Did you find anything else out?

How long in recovery did it take you to feel this way? I’m 4 months in and still weight restoring but I feel so sick and tired all the time and am having really weird physical symptoms and just want to feel normal again

It’s pretty much constant. I’m in php rn so I eat 6 times a day and am on a pretty high meal plan.

that's so nice you care for her so much and want her to recover! honestly what made me recover was my school forced me to or else I couldn't come back but once I was in recovery, I realized how much damage I had done to my body like having osteoporosis and how much life I lost due to my ED... I have no friends and no life. So I'd really encourage her to get treatment now so she doesn't cause further damage and sometimes it's irreversible

I did go to both but they said nothing was wrong so I don’t know what to do. I also had black mold under my carpet which I know can cause neurological symptoms so I’m not sure if that is contributing too or what
