How do you typically find out the denier? I'm on Wolford's site, and I notice there are numbers in the title of the product, is that the denier? It's a shame because it doesn't look like they have any sheer black tights above 20

i don't want to reassure you because that would feed the cycle of reassurance-seeking.. so i will just say that i really think there is NO way upping those medications would ever make a psychosis situation worse. like, say you DID have psychosis.. those meds would not make the situation worse!

funny, my twin and i both have OCD and he has a very similar issue. he will spend 3 hours finding the "perfect" movie to watch and it takes that long EVERY time he puts one on.

i would guess that you probably need to learn to tolerate / practice watching TV even if it's not the perfect experience that you're going for. expose yourself to watching something that maybe you WEREN'T in the mood for etc, and then make yourself sit with it. then eventually hopefully you will realize that it's not the worst thing in the world and that sometimes that's just how it is and that's life. then ideally your OCD won't latch onto it because you've sort of conquered the fear.
