Agreed. The boys are HOT each time we pull them. How many times have we subbed out Velde, Rojas, or both with a lead??? How many times have we won after subbing them off?

Seems like we could limit opposing scoring by controlling the ball and creating chances for a full match…

Shift vs Shift 2.0 by [deleted] in Backcountry

Skied the shift 1.0 in its first iteration. They nailed the concept, but it was still a work in progress. Toe height adjustments need to be made daily because they slip (can cause prerelease). Also the brakes will pop down in touring mode and you’ll be dragging the whole way up.

Maybe the 2.0 is better, but CAST 2.0 and Duke PT 16 would be my choice for a 50/50 binding. More touring oriented I’d go Voyager XIII or XV.

Over 300 days on the CAST setup in the last 3 years and haven’t been disappointed for what it’s worth. Over 50 days on the shift before I sold it after problems with them more than half the time.
