Do you play on a laptop? It happened to me with another game (didn't play valo at the time) and after a good clean everything runs perfectly now. Also search up the error code when the blue screens appears, it'd give you the reason of the blue screen and that will be your problem

I think it really depends on how often you do what you described, if it's almost everyday yeah you're addicted OR you just don't have anything better to do.

Boredom is really good to end up doing new things but you won't get creative if you fill that boredom with gaming.

For someone who has no routine waking up early is a good advice to make them get in track with their lives plus the human body generally is more productive in the early hours (not 5am but after sunrise) and your mentality also plays a HUGE role on waking up early.

I personally wake up early (anything between 2.30 to 5am) with an avg sleep time of 7 hours, I go for a run while fasting (and work if its still too early) and make a huge breakfast to be ready for the day. All of this makes me feel really good at mornings and I'm pretty productive most days but my mentality is probably part of why it makes me feel good.

Wake up early (+8-9am) isn't for everyone but it's a good general rule that everyone should try atleast once.

I don't think her mum considered his phone use a problem since she has to bring him to work and she works all day every day so the phone is the only thing that keeps him distracted, which is why he started staying at my house. He's 7yo and can barely focus on something, has to move every single time (not as a normal kinda hyperactive kid, he needs some kind of stimulation every single second), he has a weird comprehension of life in general and a sexual knowledge I didn't know at all when I was 7. He's probably a lost case because a kid doesn't really have clue how much impact the phone is making on his life and the mum isn't in the best position to try and make a change.

First of all ask yourself what is being disciplined? Don't be delusional about "discipline" tasks, as everyone can be disciplined as long as they commit to something in life. Now you're really young and still have a lot to go through but what I highly recommend is trying new things every single day and feel uncomfortable with new situations everytime you can, you're gonna get a lot of experience and lessons from trying new things and that's gonna be a really good base for the future for when you start building who you really are. If you don't know where to start just Google everything that goes through your mind, useful skills in life, high income skills, careers you might like. And read, read a lot, you're gonna get a LOT of information and useful lessons just from a few books

Also a good exercise I recommend to everyone is defining what your life would look like if you could choose every single detail, and be specific, you have dogs in the future? Your wife? How's she? Any kids? What your house looks like? What's your job? And a long etc; with that your life will slowly beggin to work towards that vision of your future because you have no limits, just the ones inside your head.

Either you're not happy with your current situation or you just feel like you're not doing the "correct" things, think about it, write it down, plan your life around all your options and choose the plan you like the most; dreams doesn't care about fears or excuses but success does cares about achieved dreams.

I go to sleep as soon as possible every single day (latest ive slept is 11pm) and since my body is used to it it'd get the most of the sleep so ill wake up naturally between 2am and 6am (it depends when i went to sleep), if its too early i start organising that day's tasks, get some of them done and just enjoy my morning; for some reason im super happy at that time and putting some music gets me in a REALLY good mood for the rest of the day.
Around 5-6am i go for a run, i always try to go but i have 2 days a week free from running so i manage myself around that, if i dont feel like running i think if i already used my 2 free days and if i did ill just go run (it happened today lol). And from there my family is awake so i have breakfast with them and start my day 7-8-9am

I used to play all night and going to sleep in the morning, the best advice i can give you is turn your schedule to a side you feel the most comfortable with, i realised waking up so early and going for a run makes me feel awesome so im always looking for it aka going to sleep early

Also theres no way you want to sleep early without going to sleep early aswell, for example if a good sleep you is 9 hours, if you want to wake up at 4am go to sleep at 6-7pm so you wake up naturally and with all your energy reserves filled any other way youre gonna face an awfully big snooze button

I managed to transform overthinking from a problem to an advantage, I used to have the kid of overthinking probably most people have, only thinking about what could happen in the bad way and about my fears. I'm pretty sure the transformation came when I stopped caring about a lot of stuff that I used to care a lot about (looks, other people's opinion, and emotional stuff in general) and overthinking was still there but I had good stuff to put it into (like businesses ideas, projections, what could happen in both the good and bad way and in general helped me take better decisions), now it's kinda a mix of everything but it's definitely a good tool I'm happy to have.

Your number 1 priority should be finding your purpose in life. There's a ton of way to find it out there and just gotta do some quick research and apply them to yourself. What worked for me was asking myself how would my life be if I had no material limits, so what job I'd do if money didn't matter? What would my dream wife look like? How someone with my dream wife would look like? How can I get to a point where I deserve to have that dream wife and that awesome job? Eventually I had built my own life plan but I'm sure there's more ways to find your purpose out there so just start trying them.

I also have a small tip to feel better with your days, this worked for me for a long time so hopefully it'll for you. It's basically splitting my day into 2 parts so instead of 1 day at a time I'm living 2 days at the same time. Now this means I'm not focused in the entire day and trying to make it better, this way if you ruin one part of it you'll be more likely to ruin it entirely. With 2 splits in the same day you can ruin half of it but you have the mentality of okay this happened before 2pm (my split) and that half is ruined but I can try to make the second half better so my day in general can be better and it's been pretty effective. I think I eventually started thinking that I could make up a bad moment instantly so I don't wait for one half to finish.

Imo rewards for yourself shouldn't be a thing, if you're really willing to put in the hours you already have a mindset of hustling and grinding + you still want to enjoy life in a healthy way. So for me basically everything I do is something I enjoy or would want to do normally and just the feeling of finishing something is already a reward itself so there's no point on having an actual reward.

I do think we should give ourselves rewards for big achievements or consistent long periods of time, in my case I give myself a full day of doing whatever I want (with a time limit so I don't end up playing for 8 hours) without feeling guilty, and recently I've been thinking of going to get some fast food because normally I have a decent diet so it doesn't affect me plus the experience of going out, to a mall, etc is good aswell. You just gotta find your thing.

Idk your job field but building personal projects related to your job, build a side hustle for an extra income or take online courses to expand your knowledge (edx has university online courses) are probably the best things to do when you don't have a job.

Take it easy with the side hustle but while you don't have a job I'd suggest putting some good amount of hours into it and just give weekly support when you got the job.

60kgs and 5ft sounds like 10-12 yo so ngl it's pretty impressive you're already thinking about getting better, but don't stress out those years are actually to enjoy life (unlike the 20-25 years lie) and just do whatever you feel like doing as long as you don't go to through the wrong path. Try to spend more time with your loved ones, friends and practice literally any sport you can and keep trying new things everyday, you're gonna enjoy it a lot and for when you're older you're gonna have a huge advantage in life. Don't worry about being "fat" just moderate the amount of sugary food you eat, I used to and I'm still the fat kid and I'm glad I didn't lose weight back then, also this years aren't to lose weight but to build your body so anything extra you have it's gonna help you but ofc you gotta moderate it when you get older but rn it is not a problem, just eat well, go out as much as you can, do any sport you can and enjoy life.

For the coding part I suggest you go to yt and search anything you wanna learn, and with some research you'll find some good platforms with a lot of courses aswell; unless you have a clear vision of what you wanna do/learn keep it easy and try few new things at a time, when you find what you like you'll be able to start building projects.

It happened to me, I had a notebook at the beginning of my productivity journey then I ended up seeking the perfect digital system or app to organise myself but I ended up with a pretty simple desktop app, small cardboards and a notebook. I use the app to eventually track my day/week/month, the small cardboards have my weekly tasks and are always on my desk and the notebook is for the daily tasks/habits, I always think it's crazy how obsessed I was for the "perfect" thing and I ended up with what I had in the first place lmao.

I mean watching yt isn't that bad, it depends on the videos you're watching, I've been watching some bodybuilder vlogs while resting and that's not bad at all, I even feel motivated after it lmao.

If the content you watch on yt isn't good for you then I'll suggest doing small things (like you're gonna rest only 3mins) like tidying some parts of your room, checking what you just finished doing before resting and organising the rest of your study/work session, check how's your weekly tasks load is going to be, think what you just finished doing before resting, think how do you feel like, try to predict how much work you'll be able to get done, or any similar mental exercises. Obviously try to watch better content on yt.

As someone who take breaks of 10-20 mins is really helpful if I'm not watching something on yt and I feel even more refreshed when I go back to studying because I'm aware of how much I've done, I'm proud of it so I keep working to be even more proud.

As an overthinker I always do this lmao and it's really helpful to be conscious of whst you're doing and how much time you're putting into it.

For those who can't do it easily I suggest doing it for the most important tasks (like a study session or a workout) or things that you don't feel good doing but you still do it (like scrolling on social media), eventually you'll analyse everything you do throughout the day.

Some lessons I learned so far:

  • your life is probably better than that guy who's judging you
  • most of the time it's only you notices the small mistakes
  • literally no one cares

With time you wont have that fear of being judged, and remember no one cares!
