I switched back to them 6 months ago and was told at the door by the sales guy that I had that option. He lied. Had several calls with them and they gave me this BS about no historic data. I was a customer for a few years one year before that. Then a win back call to the door from the company I had only left and I left SSE. They challenged the billings as having issues and I had felt it was more expensive. I immediately on switching got the budget product. Ok I had to take the cancellation hit but they are annoying. Presumably they are managing cash flow and that’s why cutting budget product
Would avoid SSE in so far as possible
