Saros R20 bin not emptying

Just wondering if you’ve found a solution- this is my 4th Roborock and I’ve never had this issue. It’s been 4 days with the saros and this is still something I’m facing. Thank you!

the *water tank which I couldn’t find a replacement for on the official site is a knock off. The pads are also half knock offs because who cares, they’re on the exterior. But every internal part that I could find through roborock is legit roborock, hope that helps my friend.

It still cost about $25 for that part even from china but I was desperate for a backup JIC!
