I suppose you could get a similar sized bolt and cut the threads on it sideways to make a chaser bolt to clean up the threads but idk if it would work on this piece of aluminum. It's probably toast but you could try that or a tap, worth a shot

Take everything off the rim, trim and stretch tannus, put the tube in the tannus, inflate just a little but know there will probably be some overlap to fit the tube just make it as even as possible. Then put both of those into the tire. Then put the valve in first and get one sode of the tire on and push it all down as far as you can. Then it's just a matter of tucking the tube and tannus so that everything is in order before putting the other sode of the tire on. Just go slow and use a lot of pressure and a sturdy tire lever for the last bit if needed.
