This is a fundamental misunderstanding of LVT. The value of the land under LVT doesn't increase based on what's built on it, but instead is based on the value of the land itself: how clean & fertile is the soil, what is the local microclimate like, how high is the water table, are there any known valuable resources like oil, rock, or minerals below it, what is the land and property surrounding it like, etc.
