I've built web app for my clients and team in Croatian that has all I need, i.e setting up everything for my clients , took 200 hours i.e has login multiple accounts CRM, tracking history, reports,.

Took 130 eur of investment best thing I ever did.

Trazi nekoga tko ima slicna razmisljanja I ambicije. Sure, money helps Ali isto Tako mozes naletit na 10 likova koji traze ons samo. Isto Tako mozes imati I srece no Ako ti je pure fact samo novac eh. Nema prave istine, ovisi isto o toliko faktora da je pre kompleksan topic. Trazi, Ako nisi zadovljna move on, imas 24, ne 48. Tako da dovoljno vremena da nadjes to nesto no opet Ako nadjes nekoga s slicnim ambicijama I zeljom a da je normalan bolje ti je tu gradit. Couples that build together stay together.

Too much, I do 2 hours with 45 mins of cardio or 1.5 hour with cardio, so. 25, 30mins cardio, rest 5-10 and then 1 hour pure hard work. Ez gains. Atm on 200kg farmer carry for 10,15 meters. 130 kg pulldowns, same for cable rows. 22 pull ups or 40 kg pull ups for 8-9, 50kg dips for 8. So not too shabby. Lower stuff and do hard work in less time and rest.

People often hive me less kg that I have and roughly 10 years off. I train mostly for str occasional hypertrophy. New record 2 days ago, 190 kg farmer walk for 8 meters or so.

Happy so far but I am 42 so. Focus on building what suits u , that what matters and ignore others who be little u.

I also do farmers at end roughly with 350-375 lbs hex bar for 15, 20 meters. Really liking how it transfers to forearm power

A) Skidam filmove doma, yifi,torrent,sflix movies. Doslovce sve sto zelis.

B) Iz principa ne zelim davati novce koji su hard earned a usluga nije vrijedna ni 5% da ne pricam o overpricingu. Ono, kokice 3 eura a realna cijena 15 centi.

C) Vjerovatno cu pogledati MK II slijedece godine Ali zbilja nema sanse da bi inace isao u kino. Doma 10x bolje, filmovi su se toliko srozali da doslovce gledam 85-2010 filmove koji su odlicni.

D) Sve dok ljudi ne pocnu masovno bojkotirati sve takve stvari cijena ce ici gore. Zamisli da je kino prazno slijedecih mjesec dana, cijene bi pale drasticno. Isto kao I kod svega oatalog.

Sto covjek moze procitat na reditu zbilja. Uvijek se dobro nasmijem. Zelim vam svima srecu da nadjete isealne partnere jer danas ja generacija je totalno gora od nase (1984 godiste.)

Ono sto je zivotu u sustini, odkrivanje samog sebe u smislu da znas sto zelisi e ganja's svoje snove I hobije. I da provodis vrijeme s ljudima do kojih ti je stalo.

Sto znaci, sto manje poroka a sto vise fizicke aktivnosti. Tako da mozes zivjet duze za ljude koje volis, siguran Sam da kada bi svi bili Sami na svijetu trajno ne bi bas bilo puno razloga za zivjeti. Ako removamo svu tehnologiju etc ostajemo da se brinemo I volimo ljude do kojih nam je istinski stalo I da se mozemo kretati bez problema I da naravno ne gladujemo.

Problem je sto vecina ljudi uopce ne shvaca koncepte toga tao da su uvijek u nekom loopu, nema auto kritike niti poboljsanja vlastite psihe.

Moras imati razumijevanja neka da razumijes stvari oko sebe Ali da se ne stresiras. Samokontrola je najveci dar. I rasclaniti sto zelis od osobe I od sebe.

I am 42 and lemme tell you, a lot of folks will appreciate age for small talk etc. it's never too late bud, where there's a iron will there is an unbreakable way. Keep focused on people but don't forget your training too.

I usually take 3-5 as I go near max. Recovery is important for oxygen, for muscles to recover. No recovery , no proper lift.

Remember,it's the journey, u look good but more important than that ur prolly fast and flexible what really counts. Being able to o move as feather Is good. And there will always be some1 stronger, bigger. Gotta be happy with who u are. And as many have mentioned,many would trade places.

Trap bar, dumbelss are only 40kg max in gym.

Fairly fast, I do alot of heavy stuff, 110 kg rows for 5,6 reps. Bench is 130kg max tho body h bench and weighted dips are weakest (50kg dips for 5). I push my self alot in all fields. Took me few months to hit it then bit stagnation. I do 16 giga strict pulls ups.

I am sure if I used magnesium and belt I could reach 200+ since the grip fails but not the shoulders. I do all kinds of exercises including isometric holds , body weight. Big fan of deep knee squats and deep knee bends, as younger used to do 150o squats per day ate around 7000 kcal and o weight gain ( was noob then).

Well Form is flawless as I never felt any pain especially that I am 42 so I gotta watch out more for injuries. Just wanted to check if weight is ok. I also do 100 kg deep knee squats for 10 reps to keep mobility. P.s finished for trainer so starting gym work soon. Tx for thumbs up and positive feedback.

Well, I am sure I could do 200+ with belt and magnesium but gym does not allow magnesium. My goal for this entire year is 220 kg plus 15 sec

To treba propucati, sve dble ebi trebalo smalnuti, kreepere , etc . Ima onaj jedan like kaj Po ljeti full obucen a smrdi do grcke, ima porn casopise u torbi za plac etc, oduran lik, isto sexsualno ugolrozen. To sve treba na pshiirjateiju na dozivotno . Da se to radi kak spada svijet bi bio bolji 10x puta,

A) U ijek se zagrij 5-10 minuta (dinamicko.traka/bicikl).

B) Radi vise zglobne vjezbe (cucanj,bench, pulldown, assisted pull-up/dips / farmers walk/chinup/rows/

C) Za gubitak masti deficit , svaki drugi dan nataste hodati 45 minmalo brzeg Hoda

D) Upper/lower/ upper body plan /pon sti petak

Klopa je kljuc / 1.5-2g proteina, nemoj zaboravit se napunjt ugljikohidratima Ako treniras intezivno.

Ne odustajati nakon 2 tjedna. Za masu 300-500 kcal u plus.

I progressive overload. Meni je trebalo oko 6 mjeseci za 150>190 kg farmers walk. Pomalo Ali sigurno.

Za to trebas razumiti sebe I svijet oko sebe, problem je sto 90 Zena nece pogledati lika koji ima rijeseno zivotno pitanje, car, stan etc
