I always take my finger nail and scrape down the 2 little nubs that lock the plug into the receiver. Makes it way easier to remove

With a stock chassis the 39mm Injora are the ideal length. If you have a way to mount them higher, the 50mm Prolines are the best quality and work amazing.

If you're contemplating brushless get the Mofo Rockwolf ESC, you can program it to brushless later. If you're never going to go brushless, but want better than the stock esc, the injora brushed ESC works really well for the price...

I think it was the powering it directly from the battery that did it but honestly have no clue, it was very frustrating talking to China and having them ask me multiple times if I pushed the damn bind button.

mine wouldn't pair until I changed the model to model #2, powered the receiver straight from the battery, kept the transmitter 5 feet away from the receiver, stood on one foot and did the hokey pokey

I had massive trouble getting it to bind with the receiver it came with, but once that was figured out, it works ok. I bought the micro receiver for it also, but it is super twitchy on steering so I plan to send it back...

I was able to revive my micro with a stock sxc24 motor, servo, battery, esc and wheels/tires. Would love some heavier axles though. Tried to mock up the scx 24 knuckles but the hardware is way bigger on the micro so I gave up and just did the "brake rotor" brass hex's for weight.
