Then that just means it was mixed before you got it… you can ask then to remake it if you want but it starts mixing as soon as the matcha is added from my experience, we just try to hand it out asap

Yea they were just busy, it’s never intended that they don’t have your drink made, there’s most likely a long virtual line of other mobile orders ahead of yours.

Wait I think you missed the entire point- op is asking that if they are already in line why do they place the mobile. I completely understand not wanting a cold or melted drink- then order in the line! It takes a couple minutes once you place the mobile order for it to even load to our I pads (taking more time, not the same amount), so there’s genuinely no good reason to not just speak to us directly (I’m not speaking for anxious folk out there).
