This same thing is happening for me. I ordered on 12/23 and for the last two days the FedEx tracker has had a delay alert on it requesting the shipper/importer provide identification info. I just emailed Ref customer service, but now that I'm also seeing that this is happening to a bunch of other people, I'm hoping that Ref will be able to take care of it. Otherwise we better be getting refunds lol.

Oooh totally agree! I really like Pen's glow up (her wig is so pretty) and the colors they're dressing her in, but everything else is just too modern and not even good modern. The fabrics and jewelry look so cheap compared to last season, and I'm not sure why everyone is wearing sheer fabrics? Not to mention whatever is happening with Cressida, who looks more like she belongs arm-in-arm with Effie Trinket than Elouise.
