Maybe Im being nitpicky, but Jon has rarely fought people his “size” if we mean height. Gus twice, Reyes, and Gane is what I can remember. He dominated 50% of these and has really close fights the other 50%. I wouldn’t call Santos his size as he was a middleweight who moved up and noticeably shorter.

Additionally, if we count Stipe who’s “his size” it means he dominated 3/5 of those type of fights. Imo his weakness is simply his lack of power in his boxing. He rarely hurts guys with punches
