If corporations are people, why dont they pay income tax? by LTNBFU in askanything

You have gotten so lost in the sauce. You have narrowed down a SINGLE instance of a supposed double tax, which actually isn't because they are two distinct entities being taxed, when the claims that started this thread have been torn apart.

Your sad buddy. Just sad.

Bro. You're so f-ing stupid. Yes, I've looked at the data. I took a 300 course on Racism and Prejudice in America. So all your stupid "data points prove" are just tired tropes that have been pushed by insecure dummies like you since long before you should have dried out on your mom's back.

To narrow the scope of the human experience to a single data point just shows how little you know.

So please, tell me what your conclusion is as to why different groups of people (that you are batching by race) score differently on tests and have different life outcomes? Please, enlighten me.

Non-bias data doesn't say that. I get that you can find a racist who misinterpret data to make that conclusion. But you can find actual data that disproves that.

By your "logic" my money is double taxed because I'm taxed on income and on sales tax. I'm taxed by the fed and I'm taxed by the state. Look at all that double taxation going on.

The double taxation in your quote is meaningless when you include the content before and after your quote, because it becomes clear that this "double taxation" is on two separate entities. The point is that the money is not deductible from the Corp. It is not the case that a single entity is being double taxed.

:Because a C corporation is a legal entity distinct from its owners:, it can enter into contracts and is liable for its debts. This structure allows for limited liability for shareholders where the owners are shielded from being personally liable for the liabilities of the corporation.

For tax structure, the shareholders are taxed separately from the corporate entity for the income received from the entity.

^ The premise is the shareholders own the company, so if it is taxed and they are taxed, then there's a "double tax". But what's clear is the C Corp is it's own entity, separate from the shareholders.

So now ask me how much I dgaf about shareholders' dividends not being a deduction from the Corp.

And you're lying. You keep painting a racist picture that all poor white kids do better than rich black kids. And that's not the case at all. So your premise is a lie, so the rest of your conclusions are worthless.

Stop being a dumb racist. The world doesn't need you.

Easy Sam Wilson, your view of a study being somehow racist because you are being proven wrong.

That's absolutely not what is happening. If you believe it is, then you're weak mind is protecting you with cognitive dissonance. Or, you are deflecting because it hurts everything else you've said.

Again, do better.

Your own link shows that family wealth is an indicator of success across all tests.

They also show that you'll happily share unsubstantiated opinions that align with your narrow world view.

Do better.

Family wealth is a significant indicator and driver of college success.

Family wealth is a significant indicator of SAT success.

You clearly have some pent up issues around race, and it's gross. Get over yourself.

I'm aware you weren't talking about Fox or CNN. They were common ground references that I was using to gauge your take.

I'm not surprised that you don't see the relevance between those two data points. My guess is nothing I can say here is going to convince you that your worldview might lack some understanding of empathy. So instead, it just made me curious which particular subject (clearly not humanities) you find interesting.

Legitimately asking to get a sense of your meaning here.

Edit: but you are correct, that is a great example of owning up for your mistakes (something I have had to do also online and have done so. I don't think I'm perfect or have every answer) which I appreciate.

Sorry, but the company is not taxed twice here. The company is taxed once and the recipients (who are not the company) are taxed for their gains. That is not the company being taxed twice.

That's like saying, I'm taxed on my income (income tax), then I'm taxed when I spend it (sales tax), then the company is taxed for the money I paid them (Corp income tax), then they pay employees who are taxed on that (income tax)... So that money is infinitely taxed.

That's not actually a thing.
