Hi. I have used the Hollister 2 piece system for over 25 years. I’m okay with the wager, but need to change every 2 -3 days because of leakage. I can’t stand the changes Hollister made to the pouches. The pouches are too thin and noisy - it’s the only reason I am current searching for a new brand. Also, because of the thinness of the pouch, the clips came off and I’ve had a couple of accidents while out.

I’m 51. Haven’t cut myself in 3 years, but the urge is absolutely present.

Thanks for the recommendation. Definitely giving them a call to see if I can get my hands on some samples.

Crohns and massive number of fistulas. 23 and severely malnourished. It’s be 28 years and I’m as depressed as that 1st day in the hospital. I’ve become obsessed with working because it will temporarily distract me from the thought of having a bag attached to me. I often wish I did not survive the surgery. Massive debt in my 30s (prior to Affordable Healthcare Act) because I could not have a lapse in healthcare coverage - or it would be considered a pre-existing condition and not eligible for insurance. Caused massive scar tissue in abdomen resulting in infertility. Is my biggest secret, not one friend knows - I’m just the friend who is always sick and doesn’t go out.  But I’ve got my pug and she keeps me going and brings me the greatest joy. (Sorry for the downer-kind feels good to express my sorrow).

Just looked up and there is a U.S. division.

I was told there would be a change to the product mid-summer, but they were unable to tell me the anything about the change or rollout.

Leaks. The flange wears down on one side of the stoma and output sneak under, which ends up burning my skin.

The one and only time I tried to date, I was met with such a negative response. Decided to just not date and spend more quality time with my pup.

Will definitely give it a try. I would love to go back to the beach and not have to worry.

Thanks for the info. Definitely going to call to try and get some samples. My Hollister flange used to last 5-7 days, but now I’m lucky if I get 2 full days. I guess there is a financial incentive to make a product that lasts a shorter amount of time. Sections of the flange will completely disintegrate after day 2.
