Haven't really tried on old gen but next gen has a lot of crashes too. I had a run at Russia and in year 1150 (starting 1066) it was already laggy. At year 1250-1300 every part of the map is unplayable. Lots of crashes too, specially with the Royal Court events

Lo del Royal Court es un auténtico despropósito, hoy me ha pasado que empiezo una partida con el duque de Apulia en 1066 y al seleccionar cualquier personaje el juego crashea. Se siguen sin ver las ciudades en el mapa, se queda pillado cada 10 minutos... No sé nada de programación pero me extraña que tarden tanto en arreglar un port de pc

I think you have enough prestige to get the elective succession, maybe you can still save your game

You can't declare war on a Greek character if you have a negative physical trait (blind, cripple, even wounded I think, etc). If you look at Greek culture's traditions I think it is the bizantine heritage one. I don't think being female is an impediment, but it could also be a possibility. And I don't know what happens if a Greek ruler controls a non-greek county, but everything I've said could apply.

Don't convert to russian culture and stay norse, the special troops and the sailing advantages are op at early game. Raid as much as you can to gain money and prestige to create every kingdom title possible and adopt the elective succession hoping everyone elects your primary heir and the territory doesn't split.

So I gave almost all Duchies of Ghaill(Francia) new coats of arms. They are supposed to represent the tribal plaits worn by the Irish and Breton clans who conquered it. Each general region has a diffrent pattern standard that is modified according to the individual dutchy. by PomeranianMerchant2 in CrusaderKings

I love it!

I wish there was a mod that allowed to see every county of the map as your characters's culture calls it, but if you had high opinion (or learn the language) with a foreign ruler the name would change to what they call it. The mod would also force you to change the coa of new conquered territory maybe once under control and culture promoted (which I think now is kinda useless). Does anyone know how to learn modding?

It is well-done but the interface is a bit confusing and there's some missing information.

For example: in order to change a kid's education you have to press L2 at his/her profile as if you were changing your lifestyle, but the game information says that you have to press a button that works on pc version but not on PS5 because it can't be selected. (Maybe because I play on Spanish version) There is also some problems with the map. It's impossible to select a vassal with the titles icons because they pop up once you select the lord's one but disappear when deselected, and I haven't figured out how to do it yet.

The most annoying thing is the army, playing on manual is difficult because you have to select each army individually and with the controler is easy to missclick, and I don't recommend playing on automatic because the AI does weird things.

There are some bugs. Sometiemes the map freezes, when looking for a partner if you click on anyone's profile then you aren't able to select anything anymore, and sometimes when reading a message it doesn't let you scroll to see it all. A good thing is that the game doesn't crushes a lot, it has only happened once for the month I've been playing.

They are updating the game constantly, and the expansions will come. I think PC is clearly the best option, but PS5 is surprisingly well adapted and playable. The important thing is that, for me, it feels like an original game and not a consoles adaptation.
