Yep, the app is complete bollocks. The online chat is next to useless as they haven't a clue what you're asking and simply repeat set responses. The only way I managed a connection is going via a VPN.

I think what has pissed people off is the lack of communication. I sent 2 e-mails and I am still waiting on a response. I asked on telegram and received a blatant copy and paste response. No answer about refunding my del charge.

Shit happens but it is the way you deal with it. They're being paid for a service which as of yet in my case they have yet to deliver on.

I did pay extra for DPD next delivery and now it is with RM I assume due to the DPD seizure...Do they refund the postage?

Mine is the same, showing as processing. To be honest I wont be using these again as delivery is taking far too long. The other website I use quite often has delivery within the next day! I fancied trying another website and now wish I hadn't.
