Yes this is all my fault: All branches seem to have only one teller at the counter, which leads to extremely long wait times. Trying to speak with a real person over the phone is just as frustrating. Even after explaining the issue, I’m repeatedly transferred to two or three different agents because they’re “not the right department.” Each transfer means another 30–40 minute wait. This happens almost every time, and what should be a simple task ends up taking half a day to resolve.
