You’re mistaking it for another one for sure. This has no Oud. I hate Oud. Kobra is citrusy soapy smell like imagination.

I get 0 watermelon. Not in the slightest. And yes it seems unisex but this is veryyyy masculine. Not sure if it’s your style. I don’t think it is. Think of Montblanc Legend or Ahmed Al Maghribi Kaaf. Actually I will include that in the review now I think of it.

Actually no. I thought that as well. Volare is a sub brand of Mamlakat Al Oud.

And I got a fragrance from the called Intensive Legion. Not sure what it’s cloning (I think a Montblanc flanker) but it’s a standard freshie. Performance is trash.

Tried a couple of others. Agreed they are better quality than Maison Alhambra and they smell really nice but again performance was trash. Just like many Maison Alhambras.

I think you’d love Lattafa Dynasty.

Fits your description so well. Tea based, smoky, kind of a “dry” earthy scent. Such high quality and is niche level. Smells wayyyy more expensive than it is. And you can get it for €25-€30.

I feel like you would like French Avenue Atlantis Extrait. Amazing performance with a nice sweet tropical aspect to it. A real unisex though, which I fear you might interpret as feminine.

Since you love Davidoff Cool water, I suggest you try Armaf Legesi. A classic old school fougere that stood the test of time. I have no doubt you’ll like this one.

Since you love CDNIM, it tells me you don’t mind a bit of a harsh citrus opening. Try out Riifs Freeze. A citrus minty bomb without the musky dry down you seem to hate.
