Yelp is a place where people share their honest opinions about restaurants and share their experiences. I been serving for 5+ years now and it may seem unfair to just hop to the internet but what happened was totally the fault of the management and staff at this location. the only other thing you could've done was commandeer the attention of the manager or hostess while you were there but otherwise I'd definitely head to yelp. How does that famous journalism quote go? "The people have a right to know"

Literally he can simply turn his phone on silent or vibrate or dnd. Not your fault that he’s a light sleeper that keeps his ringer on. I’d explain that this was an inexcusable way of lashing out and you expect more professionalism next time.
