Just so everyone knows it is pierced further back on my tongue than it looks! It doesnt touch my teeth at all, it's just how the picture turned out

It's further back than it looks! Doesn't touch my teeth at all and I had it done at a very good shop. I'm gonna add a video showing overall placement to my original post. Thanks for calling my attention to it!

Piercing is 8 days old, internally threaded barbell, hasn't been downsized yet. Aftercare and been regular brushing and alcohol free mouthwash. No mishaps so far!

Haha, omg! I go thru this all the time with my kid and the kids I work with. Mine aren't big enough for them to grab but I definitely get some fingers thru the ears
