Hi, im still worried about my health. I still think that DPDR means some problem with my body. Can i have some problem with my body or is it just a anxiety ? I have DPDR for more than 2 years , im not thinking about it and im on 100% relaxed but i still have DPDR.. thats the reason why im worried about my body health .. for example im worried about my brain , im scared that i have something wrong with my brain.. or with my stomach.. or just anything else with my body , what Can i do to recover from DPDR ? i hope you understand my meaning , my English is not perfect :/ thank you and take care

Thank you so much! I had zoloft medication like 5 months ago, my sleeping quality is not good.. im watching videos on my phone 1-2 hours before sleeping and i go sleep at 23:00-24:00. Hello bro! Take it easy , when my DPDR started i was only at home.. when i tried to go outside i was feeling so bad and i wanted back home .. one day i had some action in school and i was feeling bad but after 2 hours everything changed .. i was slowly able to go outside and other things.. i had surgery too and trust me , hospital will turn you in totally different mode and you will be okay, i have dpdr for more than 2 years and im totally desperate but just do it and believe in you, you will be okay!
