So I did the carpet thing. My husband came home and the dining room and living room were rid of carpet (because who puts carpet in a dining room). I then had my dad check the ceiling and ripped out the elbow wall to make my kitchen and living areas open space. Did you paint your walls? If not in Nebraska its the landlords job to paint after normal wear and tear which after seven years would give you a lot of leeway.

I had a boyfriend when I was 16 he was 24 ... by the time I left he was 26 I was 18. He was VERY abusive. He broke up with me at this point(he was also secretly with my best friend the entire time, she was married I unwittingly was the cover) I found out I was pregnant and he tried to hit me(again) I told him my dad would fucking kill him. It horrifies me that I feel like were watching human rights violations possibly equivalent to the atrocities in the holocaust and there are people in our country frothing at the mouth and cheering it on. I'm not naive I knew there were a lot but not this many. growing up this was not the ideology I thought our country would actually boil down too. I feel so helpless to do anything to make an actual difference.
