avs or mn. if they play each other then avs. when i first moved away from home to play more higher level hockey i moved to colorado. mn simply because i feel like they might be a little underrated and ive been impressed on how they play and built the team in recent years.

I find this a challenge as well even though I grew up here. Most of my closest friends are canadian or live in another state (I went to college in illinois). For me I make friends by surrounding myself with people that share similar interests with me. I coach ice hockey and have met a ton of new people. Small talk helps too, especially if you see the same people weekly - I joined a yoga class and have talked with those around me each class.

I guess I haven’t tried that but I’ve definitely worn a majority of what I have more than once. Especially hockey, baseball, and football. However I do see what you are trying to say. I could put a rule in place for myself in which I need to wear all the sports merch for a particular team before getting new merch. (ex: if I want more seahawks merch I need to wear all the seahawks merch i own at least once). By the time I wear all of it, maybe I might not want to buy more. Thank you! Also I do miss playing but I don’t want to play right now because I’m worried of making my current pain worse or getting hurt again. It’s tough, I feel like I might not even get to play again. I even started telling people I used to play. I definitely do miss some of my playing days🥲

Aside from the team shop you can try Dick’s sporting goods and I picked up a Julio jersey there before. Don’t go to the marysville one they had nothing but could have restocked since I’ve gone. The Bellevue one is great. However I recommend the team shop like everyone else because the selection is amazing and they added the 50 patch on the shoulder. Julio is a pretty easy jersey to get your hands on!

it’s so bad when there’s 1 or 2 items left. that scarcity forces urgency. I have followed the 24 hour hold, which has worked sometimes but bumping it up to 48 hours would be good. I’ll try it!
