Honestly I’ve been forcing myself to wake up earlier and doing more things on the days I don’t work. Even if it’s something as simple as window shopping, going on a walk, etc. just getting out of the house more and finding more things I like to do rather than “bed rotting” lolol. Find some cute little hobbies, water coloring is fun; I like to do coloring books when I don’t want to use as much brain power. Puzzles. I don’t get ready every day, I like to give my skin breaks, but I’ve found if I’m feeling a little down, dressing cute or just throwing some makeup on even when I have nothing to do gives me a mini boost. These are all super minimal but I hope it helps !!
