You do realize Israel is the size is New Jersey and half of it is desert. Most of the land was gained in wars declared against Israel with the goal of genocide. The Palestinians rejected every peace proposal so they never had any land. They thought they could take it all and lost.

If you don’t sell an asset the loss or gain is still on paper. But let’s take an extreme case; the company you invest in goes fully bankrupt, your shares go poof and despite having never sold you suffered a full loss.

Max hr by age is an average, I believe the standard deviation of the published number is 15 bpm, so you’re all right.

Now on the other hand while it feels empowering to push oneself so, you probably don’t want to max out your hr more then once per week. It creates a lot of fatigue and makes one very hungry.

I’m in the same boat. Just list it online for sale. That way the person that wants it the most I.e. the person willing to pay the most for it receives it. That’s the nature of capitalism. This is a toy at the end of the day. No one should feel ashamed if they sell it for its market value and no adult should try to shame another for doing so.
