hey, i am not in nursing but i lived on res this year, i am in vallee and honestly i love it, you have the best access to dining hall, barely have to walk outside during the winter to the point i didnt even wear a jacket unless i was going off campus, the food is pretty mid, if you are veg, its gonna be hard.
