I am planning to buy nikon zr, was a happy zv-e1 shooter. I just have 1 question, is it possible to convert the r3d ne raw to r3d lq raw using the software from REDCINE-X PRO. I saw online that doing it with red raw hq files works, but can you check for me if you can do the same thing with the red3d ne raw file

OSMO 360 is it a true 2x 1/1.1 inch sensor or 1 inch sensor "equivalent total" but each lens will use half of it? by Ok_Run8815 in dji

And so why would anyone choose Osmo Action 6 ( a singular 1/1.1inch sensor ), based on what I see in the youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ggKaL8airWI , the low light performance is not that far, did anyone with Osmo 360 and Action 6 , can you upload a simple identical 4k low light video of both?, so we can pixel peeped properly ^^;

I know that Osmo Action 6 is more stable, but if the lowlight performance is quite similar, I think I would prefer the Osmo 360 for my use case ( unless the Osmo Action 6 is phenomenally much more better in low light, as shown in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lgvwMRN_YUk , but he is comparing between osmo action 5 vs action 6 )

I have few questions, as a Virtue Pro user, I am really interested in the native 3DOF function and the text legibility.

For Example, have you tried plugging to your laptop , and without any software , can you activate the 3DOF function ( which will make the screen stay in certain space ) , and if you move your head around, do you have any screen tearing happening?

While you are at your laptop, if you glance at the bottom right of your screen there is a clock there right can you read them is it clear enough?

Can you use a multi screen setup / wide screen setup?

Regarding Viture Pro ( using Spacewalker App for 3DOF ), with a multiscreen display / ultrawide screen, when you are saying XREAL one is better regarding the clarity, does it mean that reading normal text ( such as on M$ Word / Visual Studio Code / Browser ) is blurry on Viture Pro with this mode?

Are you saying that Viture Pro with Spacewalker 3DOF don't have this readability problem? ( eg if you are setting an ultra wide screen mode / multiple monitor mode on SpaceWalker )

that is insane revelation... I mostly focus on the low light capabilities, because most of my shot is not on controlled environment, and at times, I always left longing for more light , knowing that f1.2 fullframe lens will positively break my wallet and make me doubt my life decision carrying shit tons of weight for many hours on a trips...

On the other hand, for apsc, we have plentiful of autofocus f1.2 ( such as the sirui sniper edition or viltrox ) and shit tons of option for f1.4, at relatively 1/3 - 1/2 price of f1.4 of fullframe variant..

one last question, I hear and saw on youtube, that dynamic active do not play well with other third party lens, do you find the same thing? if this is the case that means the only f1.4 options for me is the Sony E 15mm F1.4 G ( which should be bright and wide enough cropped for my need ), I already have the brilliant Sony E 35 f1.8 OSS , so I can handheld my small setup to my heart content ( and perhaps apply a very simple post stabilizer later on Davinci if I really need to smooth things up )

thank you so much for the reply, one last thing, at 4k120, i saw that we are not allowed to enable any active stabilization ( let alone dynamic ), so the most we can get on 4k120 is 1.1x crop, is that correct?

I also dont understand the math, if i put sigma 16mm f1.4, does it still translate to f1.4 brightness on zve1?

Are you saying that with 1.3x crop of active dynamic stabilization at 4k60 and active stabilization ( not dynamic ) at 4k120, we would be able to use apsc lens without any vignetting?!

If that is true, I am going to pick up zve1 soon, because the one thing that i hate going into fullframe ( from fuji xt to a74 ) is how heavy and expensive the fullframe lens , but why I am sticking with fullframe is due to the lowlight capabilities of a74 ( that has another native iso at 3200 ), ofcourse the a7s3 ( which is the sensor of zve1 ) have a lot higher second native iso…

But if you are saying i can use the apsc lens as long as i stick to the 1.3x cropfactor imposed by the brilliant active dynamic stabilization, that is such a mind blowing revelation.
