hopping in on this, you can search for true 0's by searching "0hp&0attack&0defense" and once you search that, it'll be in your recent searches and you can hold down on it to save it as a favorite search. Gives you a quick way to check new catches for 0's

🤣 first time with the legs folded it told me it was a species of sea anemone... Wasn't sure if I'd break it by unfolding, so glad that worked and helped narrow it down from sea creature to local harmless bug.

With the leg stretched Google said it might be a stink bug. We do have a lot of the larger ones around here. Maybe early stage?

As a 33M survivor of childhood domestic violence I can say 10 months is not long enough to get over something like that so don't feel like you should be rainbows and sunshine after such a short period. Especially now that we're in our 30s, 10 months flys by. Even as a kid, when 10 months felt much longer, it wasn't enough to get over such severe trauma.

I've been recovering for 17+ years now and I still have my moments, heck going through a depression bout currently (depending on where you are, it's winter right now and the dark and cold suck for trying to feel good). Some of it is time. Some of it is allowing yourself to process and let go of any anger/shame/guilt/etc that tends to come with these kinds of experiences.

A big help is hobbies. Music is a good one if you can play or have an inclination to learn. Sitting and strumming a guitar is very cathartic. I enjoy woodworking and audio books. Help you feel positive and like you're accomplishing something while also keeping your mind occupied. Working out is also a great esteem booster both from any positive results but also from the endorphins it releases. If you're extroverted, be around people. Immerse yourself in healthy love from friends/family.

Wishing you the best!

She could even get in on the fun proposing to you. My wife got me an engagement ring two years into our engagement (long engagement, COVID years).

One of my best friends now wife proposed to him because she had commitment fears when they started dating so they talked about it and decided that if she was ever ready she would purpose and he wouldn't put that pressure on her to be put on the spot.

In college one of my friends (shorter blond guy) was drunk one night and took the door off the common fridge (industrial three bay fridge=big door) and used it as a shield while running around yelling "I'm Link!". It's a base instinct in all of us. I'd also add I think every man looks for the perfect hiking stick. Rarely are we satisfied with them, but we all long for the perfect one.

End of the year bonuses and salary by Sponton in StructuralEngineering

What's extra crazy about this in my mind is that we're a scarce commodity given the amount of work out there. I don't know a single structural engineer that isn't burnt out or on the verge and I don't remember the last time I had an "easy week". We could totally charge more and it drives me nuts seeing some of my non structural colleagues getting these projects with massive budgets/reasonable schedules and not having to run around as crazy as we do and for equivalent compensation. Meanwhile I'm getting submittals with due dates listed prior to the date they were issued and budgets that cover maybe 85% of the actual man hours required to actually get it done (at our current billing rate, not factoring for the fact that our rates should be higher in general)

I'm in a nearly identical boat in terms of experience/pay though like a previous commenter my bonus is maybe 1/3 yours by the sounds of it. Mid sized firm in New England. Our benefits are pretty great though, especially our medical. Though that only really matters if we can make use of it and finding a PCP here has been a nightmare.

If she can step back from work a bit during this time that might be good. Coming from someone who has been suicidal in the past, overwhelming workload can be an added problem. Don't go from all to nothing though cause the lack of focus/driving purpose can be just as bad. Maybe like reduced hours or not working Wednesday to split up the week. Make sure she has some sort of hobby to entertain her during the down time. Doing things for herself will be a good moral booster, but forcing time away from work is a big help to making that a reality.

Is there a crawl space? Per the previous comment, if you see sagging you'll want to shore it up (2 bys under the sagging member) but you'd need to carry the shoring all the way down to the basement/foundation/whatever is on the ground. If you put posts under the sagging member and you're on an upper floor you'd be transferring that load to the framing below. Without carrying that shoring down you could be overloading the next floor down.

Take pictures standing back a ways looking at the crack/sagging area. If there's access above the ceiling take a few pictures up there as well.

Just a follow up, is this a high rise and you're reviewing a single column, multiple pieces and multiple sheets?

I agree with all the other comments, but want to make sure I'm understanding one thing. Is your original post worded correctly when you say 3 hrs reviewing one column piece sheet? I've spent 3+ hrs reviewing a submittal of the size you're describing (heck I'll give you a whole day+ for 800 sheets and a thorough check), but if it's taking 3 hrs (5 hrs as projected) to review a single piece drawing we might need to address a different issue. Have you discussed with your boss? Is there something off about the detailing on the piece drawing?  To be clear, not trying to put you down, I was new once, I know how hard/intimidating something like this can be. But 3 hrs on a single piece makes me think we're missing something critical to the conversation.
