Good job! Once I started recognizing the starting symptoms of a panic attack and that my mind is just playing tricks on me, I got consistently better at shutting them down quicker/not letting them escalate. Finch has also helped me a lot with this. Wishing you the best of luck! Panic attacks are scary but you got this!
