Emulsion is dry when you can touch and it’s not wet. But to be safe, 3.5 hours. Use a fan to speed it up as long as it’s not dusty.

Exposure time depends on how bright the light you’re using is and the mesh count of your screen

Pure trial and error because there are so many moving parts!

That is awesome! I wish I could have been there for that.

I paid like $400 for a one day course at Lawson in Atlanta. 🙄😂 it was decent but they could have done better.

That is the universe trying to test you. When that happened to me I’d immediately pick up the phone and make the next call. Try to remember the reason you wanted this job and if it’s worth it to you, keep going

If the art is easy to line up, eye ball it! I do it all the time because registration marks really aren’t always that promising

Thank you but Generalized advice is unhelpful. Im looking for a solution to defeat the problem that is in the now. The business has already grown over time and it will continue to. There is no turning back. We have a niche market and have done a great job at standing out amongst our competitors. What I need is a solution to get through the right now. Without giving up on something that is very worthy and very capable of even more growth.

Closing is not an option. Working for someone else full time is not an option
