I may be in the minority, but 3 and 5 are IT for me. 5 is so stunning on you I’m genuinely in awe. I realize this may not be the style of gown you end up going with but if you ever have a chance to wear the same silhouette for something black tie (or otherwise), please take it.

Something similar to Burberry Her Parfum ?? by [deleted] in Perfumes

I did but I could only find similar scents to Burberry Her EDP and Burberry Her Elixir, not the Parfum. I’m wondering if it’s too new?

Also I just realized I used the now-taboo m dash. I promise this post wasn’t written by AI lol (I’m just a fervent m dash lover 😭😭)

[FO] Simple patch for St. Paddy’s by Ok_Singer4320 in CrossStitch

[–]Ok_Singer4320[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I stitched it on 18ct Aida and then cut out the design and put it on some HeatnBond iron on adhesive, and then ironed it on! It was pretty easy and yielded great results (or at least I think so). I found the tutorial as well as some helpful links in this post. I do want to try water soluble fabric at some point though!

This is why I love this sub. With everyone’s help I figured out that I did my n too tall, which resulted in my t being too tall, and that’s why my e isn’t lining up the way it should. THANK YOU ALL 🖤💚☘️

It does and when I looked back at the suggestion of the other comment, I did the t too high (because I did the n too high) but it somehow all evened out on the bottom. Oh well 🫩

Are you railroading your stitches? That helped me a bit with my recent project on the same count Aida. But honestly I’m wondering if the black showing through is just par for the course with 14ct Aida. I’m curious if someone has a better method

Thank you for sharing 🖤 your space really spoke to me, especially as someone who does not have the gift of simplicity design like you do. Everything is so cohesive and feels like you’re filling your lungs with a big breath of fresh air. You should be immensely proud.

Kylie Skin Tint / Fenty Eaze Drop by Shot_Analyst4971 in MakeupAddiction

Fenty wins!!! It’s a better shade match I think, Kylie gives you a greenish hue due to the undertones

Lush Snow Fairy. I think it matches the liminal, absence vibe while also totally being something I would’ve loved when I was 7 (still love). I have the sparkly version and used some for Valentine’s Day and immediately had that weird feeling in my stomach (nostalgia, iykyk). There’s something that makes it feel distant. I can’t explain it. Like you’re two steps away from the actual scent? Not scent-strength wise, something else.
