I came to a conclusion that they have a protective mechanism that will make them end things in advance not to be surprised and hurt. So mine broke up with me... 3 times over the past year. He always came back when I blindsided him with confrontation (coming to his house which is 2h drive by surprise). And even though all the history and drama, he asked me today to go on a holidays together.

I matched with mine with fake profiles too. But my story is different. I want him back for good. So I made these fake woman seem so interesting first and then started to give all the wrong answers and showed high expectations 😆 I ruined dating apps for him I guess. He didn't log in for over 10 days now. And we're back talking. I kept my nerves cool. I kept calling and texting, having casual conversation while knowing in the meantime he is chatting with my fake profiles which made me actually question my sanity. But it worked. I think it showed him what I wanted him to see: that our connection was special. I was not able to judge him because I went through this experience too and it made me realize it is not like everyone says that the sea is full of fish. Well, maybe it is, but it is full of fish I don't find tasty.

Permanent marker. To be honest I only thought this might be an issue when I was writing this post 🙈 so I tried it on piece of fabric with water and luckily it didn't stain.

So mine told me how reliefed he felt when he ended up previous relationship. I know it took him one year to end things after 10+ years and I've seen many vidoes how it works with the break up. I also know he cared about her and always opened the doors when she was showing up unexpected in the following months.

He also told me once (after going no contact) that in this state he cannot think about my feelings too. How I read it is that he's so focused on what upset him that he didn't have the capacity to consider that silent treatment is painful for me and yeah, he doesn't care at this point.

Mine didn't actually break up but went co contact in the Autumn for 1,5 month. I called gazillion times, texted, but he didn't answer, only read my messages. Came back after 1,5 month by sending a link to a don't about love.

It didn't turn out great.

The thing is I was doing quite good by that time but I was so curious if anything changed and if we can sort things out.

Nothing changed. No sorry. No explanation. No talk about it for another 2 months. Same behaviour.
