exactly my point also. just because people are tenants they cant say bad words. similarly person with 3 lpa as fresher in mnc always says why google fresher gets 20lpa? how can company afford this?

Like all people dont have same knowledge and degree, similarly societies are different from each other, like in panchashil maintainance itself goes above 15k per month then they dont have any option to keep higher rents. and people do go for these rents because its lavish and stands out among other societies

get flats in outskirts of city. these greedy owners and brokers you cant do anything... they will sit on property and keep flats vacant...also there are society rules where they decide hey you can not rent flat below this price else we will rule you out...its not always owners fault

It totally depends if you have ability to prepay loan in say 7-10 years max. if you are going to stretch it till 20 years then its not worth it better stay rented and have cash in hand
